Gary Silversmith, President and owner of P&L Investments, LLC., is an asset and workout specialist, a Brownfield expert and investor; a former Senior RTC Official; and was the designer of and head of RTC Judgments and Delinquent Credit Collections Program.  He has testified in front of the US House of Representatives on selected Brownfield issues.
